Transforming Lives with a Lasting Memory Scholarship
Overview
Lasting Memory is being filed as a 501(c)(3) charitable fundraising organization dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. The organization was created in memory of Linda J. Ragan.
Our program is designed specifically for raising memorial funds for scholarships on behalf of, and name of recently deceased loved ones. Generally, funeral homes offer bereavement remembrances, such as flowers, planting trees or specific charitable contributions.
We offer an alternative product for remembering a family member. The Lasting Memory organization establishes a scholarship fund in memory of a loved one. The scholarship provides a meaningful memorial and legacy in the name of the deceased individual.
The family indicates the purpose and eligibility of the scholarship fund. We provide administration and processing. Contributions may be tax deductible. Check with your attorney, or accountant.
