Application Process

 Typically, name of deceased (example: John Doe Memorial Scholarship Fund.

 : Determined by appointed family member(s) of deceased, (Example: Provides a scholarship for student at ABC High School attending XYX State University majoring in nursing) .

· One time or monthly until cancelled.

· Criteria is determined by family member(s), involved academic institutions and our organization regarding eligibility and award.

·   A scholarship program may also be established for the children of the deceased.
